ESM Engineers (closed)
Experience Requirements:
- Experience with large systems modernization and business practice reengineering. Must have experience in the daily operations for ESM products. Candidates will support and collaborate with senior engineers on the customization of emerging systems and technologies. Candidates will lead the implementation and maintenance of test and production environments for the project. Specific experience in the execution of implementation plans for deployments of Tivoli products: Framework, Enterprise Console, Distributed Monitor, Inventory, Software Distribution, Remote Control; Integration with other Tivoli products.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information systems, Math, or related discipline a plus, but not required.

Help Desk Engineer (closed)
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in the design, integration and customization of an enterprise helpdesk solution. A proven ability to implement the following Remedy products: Action Response System version 5.x, Remedy knowledge based tools and integration to various enterprise products.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information systems, Math, or related discipline a plus, but not required.

Data/Storage Management (closed)
Experience Requirements:
- Experience with enterprise implementations and Data Management concepts. Experience with large systems modernization and business practice reengineering. Experience in the execution of implementation plans for deployments of Tivoli products, Disaster Recovery, Data warehousing, Database Management, or Storage (SAN) technology. Familiarity with features and functions of enterprise level storage technology vendors including: Net Appliance, EMC Corporation, Brocade, and Hewlett Packard-Compaq, Tivoli Storage Manager, and Dell. Experience with scripting in a Unix and/or Windows environment; collaborate with test teams in the development of test cases, and with technical writers in the development and update of documentation.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information systems, Math, or related discipline a plus, but not required.
- Related certifications a plus.

Asset Management (closed)
Experience Requirements:
- Looking for candidates with a working knowledge of ESM tools or asset management solutions. The candidate will collaborate with coworkers to gather customer requirements, development of an asset discovery approach, document best practices, and the integration of an asset management solution with legacy systems. The candidate must have an understanding of enterprise and asset management concepts of operations.
